Our Quality Assurance Director, Andrea, brings years of experience with elder care: in hospital settings, in-home care and home health care. She trains and supervises our caregivers, performs our free evaluation visits, and oversees our Care Managers who perform free monthly quality assurance visits.

year you can reach a member of our excellent management team, all of whom have
been with the company long-term and have both the compassion and experience to
support you and your loved ones. Unlike many other companies, we're available
any time of day to help with urgent situations as well as initiate care
after-hours if needed. We have a well-oiled machine, including innovative
processes and technologies, that ensures both quality care and accountability.
Our caregivers are carefully screened, are subject to a criminal background check, and
complete a training program that is above the standards for State of Colorado
licensure. They are covered under workers’ compensation insurance and are eligible for medical and dental coverage. (Because our caregivers are Homewatch CareGivers employees, their tax withholdings and insurance are taken care of.) Our wonderful caregivers are our lifeblood, and we pride ourselves on having many of our employees stay with us long-term. Our staff works with the client, their family, and medical providers to create a cohesive case managed atmosphere for each individual client. The
management staff is available after office hours 24 hours a day via pager for urgent situations.
